2001 Audi Allroad Quattro 4 Dr Turbo AWD Wagon Review
by Charles

What a beast!

I owned my allroad for four years and loved every moment in it. Well almost. It doesn't like cold so the doors won't shut (you literally have to heat up the locks to be able to close the doors), electrical system can have mood swings and the infamous torque converter which inevitably fails (as it does on most allroads). In short, the car is outstan...

Avg. Dealer Rating: (14 reviews) "In response to managements reply on my review of the dealership and the Nissan truck I was lead to believe was safe to test drive. I was NEVER told this was a 'value vehicle' and I was definitely NEVER told that I could buy it for $5000.00 because I never gave the 'salesman' a chance to do that because I was disgusted by the mechanical condition of the truck! As far as the Carfax goes, the mileage discrepancy was one thing, but the description of the truck on the Carfax didn't even match the description of the actual truck. Also the description online of the truck listed features that did not exist. There was no sunroof and I wasn't sitting on leather seats! I brought this up more than once on the phone and in person and I got the same run around and excuses that it's a clerical error and our 'internet' guy isn't here today to fix it. Managements response was the same, 'must be a clerical error.' I never had an appointment, so how could I be 2 hours early to look at the truck? Talked to the 'salesman' the morning of and told him I was on my way and if I had to wait while it was being worked on that was fine, I would get something to eat or find something to do, he said okay. I watched the mechanic hand the 'salesman' the truck keys and tell him the truck was ready. Trust me, it wasn't ready, no air conditioning at all, a loud knocking noise on the passenger side when coming to a stop, and wipers that screeched across the windshield. Normally dealers do a service inspection when they get vehicles in, not here obviously! Now, if you go to the website, you can't even get a description of the 2002 Nissan Frontier, except that it still has leather! Lol! Now they have a disclaimer stating humans make errors sometimes! This whole experience was an error! By the way, I found a solid running truck and I bought it from a dealer and salesman I felt totally comfortable with!"
