Excellent service, Mr. Gonzalez was very professional, patient, and thoughtful. He met all of our needs as elderies. He even brought the car to our home which was 3 hours away from his dealership. He made the paperwork so easy and had everything ready for us. He took his time to explain all the details on how the car functions. I would highly recommend this dealership.

The car was ok, but Bruce did not show any features of the vehicle & did not know anything about it. He was just interested on getting rid of the car. On the other hand the finance person was the most helpful & nicest person in the entire process. Luckily I knew what I was looking for

I ended up not getting the car but before that they were working with me to get me in to look at and test drive it. I just took too long. But they said they will contact me if a similar vehicle shows up.

Had the worst experience of all. After having an appointment (even after mentioning that I am coming from an hour far), when I reached the salesperson had already left without having any notes left for me. Moreover, the car I came was being sold to another customer right in front of me. Won't recommend this dealer to anyone.

Dealer went out of their way to find me a used car at my price point with the options I wanted. When the car I desired was sold before I could test drive it, they took a similar car out of wholesale reserve and prepared it and gave me an extended warrantee.

I appreciated that the folks were adhering to Covid 19 guidelines and were super above helpful and honest. If it were for a different car I would purchase. But the car smelled of Cigarettes and had some interior damage.

Fantastic service

We made an apt and travel almost 50.miles...sales person on floor without mask at all. Receptionist walking around no mask. We walked right out. Left without car couldn't make deal. After they emailed us another option or offer. I replied with a realistic number and they didn't even reply back i called and let em know how their sales sucks.

They were willing to answer my questions by text, kept track of what I was looking for, and I would give them another shot next time. In the end I found something closer to home.

Worst experience of my life. High pressure salesman. Quoted rates, price, warranty...upon signing, noticed nothing was as promised. Had to get up and start walking out before they honored their own promises. Happy with the car...had to fight for it though. If it was a new vehicle, i would have gone to another dealer.

When I spoke with the Sales Person over the phone he gave me different price than the one advertised. I didn't like that, I know we all struggling at the moment but Honesty shouldn't change.

Contacted quickly and after normal hours. Secured the car I was interested, and I was able to buy it a week later. 10/10.

The dealership is very quick in responding my inquiry. I couldn't go see the car on the day I was thinking to go but the sales manager was nice to update me when the car was sold so I didn't have to waste my time going to the dealership for that car. I will definitely consider buying from them if I find a car that comes to their inventory that I like.
