The dealer was honest and reliable, and you will not be disappointed because the pictures are genuine. I had a great experience will recommend to every student and people who don't want to waste time with all those other dealers out their who want to scam you and make profit. He went above and beyond to help me as I was a first timer and a student.

I was contacted by the sales manager. No sales person ever contacted me. The sales manager was in touch several times, but I did not get the information I requested from this dealership.

Absolutely wonderful. I would have gone to the dealership, however, I found a car the day before I was to go. The sales person, a young lady, took pictures of the car at my request and pointed out the dings so I would have an idea before I drove 35 minutes to see. I had visited a couple of car lots and was not impressed because of all the scratches on the car, so she was happy to help me.

Have a 4Runner SR5 listed as a Limited. Guessing this is done so it will appear on gurus as a "great" deal and generate more views. Misleading. In fact, a downright lie. Probably do this to get people to contact them so salesman can generate new leads. Very dishonest. If they are lying about this, what else are they being dishonest about?

I walked on the lot and not a soul said anything to me. I walked in the showroom and two people said Hi but no one asked if they could help even after I sat in two vehicles.

Beware of this dealership. They try and include bs fees to make more $. Bridge and road fees, non tax fees and my favorite bs fee " preparation fees" o did I mention etch fees & wait for it... Advertising fee.look on utube fees that are fake. They use to double dip in your hard earned $

Very unprofessional, rude and arrogant. The sales department provided an attitude of we are who we are and you can take it or leave it. The wanted me to agree to a deal that was very profitable for them, yet was not favorable to me the buyer.

I was ready to purchase, but when I got to dealer, there was pretty bad cosmetic damage to the front quarter panel that was not disclosed. It appeared that the car had hit something minor. Also, more scratches than would be normal on the rest of the car.

They gave me the adjusted sale price which was over $2000 more then price they have it listed for on your site. This does not include the $1200 they would need because I was out of state or the 500 docking fee. This style of selling they used does not deserve even one star.

Justin contacted me but I am in no hurry to buy and am still waiting to find the car I want to buy! Prefer a certain color and if I decide to go with a CRV will contact him.

This was my first experience with buying a truck on the internet. I live in North Carolina and the Truck was in Ft Worth Texas. Juan Gomez answered my call and was able to answer all my questions. I ended up buying the truck and having it shipped to NC. Even with the distance between NC and Texas it was a good experience, thanks to Juan Gomez and the rest of the staff at Honda of Ft. Worth.

He made sure that there was no question unanswered and there was nothing to big for him to be able to get me as a customer. I had emailed a request for information regarding this vehicle. Although it was after hours, I received an email containing the information I had requested.

Great car. Young salesman Justin was very pushy and arrogant. There is no good reason to put down neighboring dealers products, you need to outshine, not criticize. Lastly Jim the elder salesman was terrific. The better buy for me at the end of the day, just wasn't a Honda.

I am dealing with them because I love the car, so far Patricia is the one who help me is pretty helpful. I pay the deposit and they have not even debit my account and take the car off the market. So far I am satisfied. I just don't understand what is the different that I pay by my debit card, credit card and wire transfer. Hopefully the whole transaction should be done next week.
