Very nice people, didn't get the car

Horrible ! Advertised rate is not real. Offered to pay full posted rate plus TT&L and they wanted an additional $1695 add on for some tracking devise they installed. Bought else where and will not do business with them in the future.

Called within an hour of closing on new years. Waited for us to arrive and had vehicle standing by for us to look over and test drive. Made a deal for less than the advertised price and felt it was painless and a pleasure dealing with them. We love the car and are very happy with our purchase.

Excellent no problems in-and-out

This was an incredible disappointment. The vehicle they advertised was not ready to be viewed, so I waited and waited, then i did hear back saying the vehicle was not able to be test-driven, but that I could come see it. Then I followed up to make an appointment and never heard back. The vehicle was removed from the web site and I contacted them one more time to confirm and never heard back. My salesman was nice, though.

The price they advertised was great, but they added unwanted accessories that couldn't be removed increasing the price by 10%. I found the ad to be deceptive. I did not buy from them.

Very frustrating. I asked best price and he went up in price with dealer ads instead that were already installed that I had no interest in. Sales man did not seem interested at all in selling a car

They were very nice and they contacted me very quickly.

I would definitely shop their dealership in future.

Slow to respond. When they did finally connect the truck was already sold.

Sales staff was friendly and not pushy in any way. Mitch, who appraised my trade in was extremely informative. I enjoyed interacting with him, but he is a better negotiator than I am, LOL. Finance went smooth, the young man I worked with knew his stuff and was very well organized. My overall experience was definitely FIVE STAR.

The vehicle I was looking at was listed as “overpriced” by CarGurus. I made an offer and they refused it. I then asked about $1000 off promotion for first responders down on their website’s homepage and I was told that didn’t apply to the vehicle I wanted to buy so I bought at another dealer that appreciated my business the next day.

garbage I drove 40 minutes to this dump only to get there and the car windshield wipers did not turn off the headlight was out, now this is after they told me the was in the shop for inspection all lies then they wanted me to leave 3000 down payment I got the hell out of this place

They didn't know their product. Every question I asked was met with, "I don't know" Granted the tech in the Ioniq isn't THAT simple, but come on, at least know a little bit about it. Finance managers still use four square scam method (youtube it) please do your research AND definitely hire AUTO PI, a pre purchase vehicle inspection!

Although they contacted us after inquiring, the car salesman (used section) basically made us feel like we were wasting their time. My wife and Iooked around the lot for 15 minutes or more and nobody offered any assistance until we went inside. I've never had that happen before. I wouldn't recommend them

Test drove a car, no pressure sales.

Had an cargurus price of $9100 but said they wouldn't honor it you would have to pay the price on their website which was $10000.

They are thieves they took an extra 3,000 I didn't know about when signing paperwork I called and told them there was a mistake on the price now they won't return my calls straight to voicemail

Contacted dealer viA cargurus, went next morning for test drive. Went inside to talk numbers and sales associate said there was a mistake and that price was going to be higher than the cargurus price. We did not reach a deal. Today i get an email from car gurus that the price is now dropped over $800. I call the dealership and am told again that it is a mistake and they cannot honor the car gurus price.
