I am in the dealer from AutoNation was really nice and helpful but the person who brought my deal together was the sales manager he went out of his way to make sure that I got the financing on the vehicle that I wanted and Paula the finance person was very nice and helpful as well it when it came to filling out all of the paperwork

Easy over the phone transaction with home delivery

After a couple days of talking via internet we agreed on a price, then a new gentleman emailed me after I'd set up an appointment and secured financing to tell me the price was a "mistake" and it was actually $4K more...I'm guessing like a lot of the other reviews I read this one will get a canned reply asking me to call them "so they can serve me better" Very disappointed

Went pretty smooth. Very positive experience.

Even if I have made appointment for test drive, car was not available for test drive at designated Avis rental center. I had to call Sales department and found it was already sold but I wasn't notified on the issue. Maybe, their price is lower but not reliable. it was like internet Bidding where you don't know until bidding is ended and you have lost but don't have clue if you have lost or not. Not recommended if you are regular car buyer.

Horrible experience talking to them. Lady who answered hung up on me right after I explained to her plan or question about trade ins. Definitely never calling them again.

Didnt havw this particular jeep available anymore when i went in, but were great in getting me into a vehicle i was looking for and within my budget.

The salesman tried hard to address my questions and wants. Unfortunately, it is hard to compare the Cadillac you have to a Mercedes we want.

After a few emails dealer quit responding. I could never find the car I saw on CarGurus on the dealers web site. I wonder if they were attempting the bait and switch. I would not recommend this dealership.

They got right back to me, we scheduled a test drive. The Camry was exactly as listed. Overall a good experience. Since the dealer has no haggle pricing which is nice, in my mind I would expect no add on fees for documentation. Since it is a fixed fee, how hard can that be. Then they could advertise "No Haggle Of Any Kind ". Otherwise it was a good experience.

Shawn was very responsive and proactive in making sure our needs got the proper attention. A few things that came up which delayed the delivery of the vehicle but they appeared to be outside anyone control (recall and mechanical issue). Shawn was quick to communicate any update he has and I was pleased with how he handled the transaction. Nonetheless, It was a very positive experience.

So far so good. The final deal is not complete.
