Initially the SUV wasnt ready for my appointment. It needed to be jumped due to faulty car battery but service technician immediately replaced after a short delay. I resume my walk around and was very pleased with the vehicle presentation. The price was good and miles on vehicle were low. I would buy another vehicle from carmax. LEXUS 460L

Terrible. Knew I was coming the next day. Car was filthy, never washed it,wouldn't let me test drive. Then tried low balling me by 12k dollars. Went from 35k trade in to 45 when I was walking out the door. Terrible, terrible, terrible!!! After a 3 1/2 drive to look at it

This was the worst place, they did the old bait and switch and then the advertised price of one they had was not even close to what they wanted for the truck; 11K difference because of all the fine print and useless dealer add ons that I did not want. They toyed with me for several hours and came down a good bit, but in the end it was a waste of my time. I would be happy to pay more to an honest dealer than one like this.

The process was very easy and quick. Just how I like it.

We made an appointment to see our preferred car and confirmed when we realized we were going to be late, unfortunately the vehicle had been sold prior to our arrival. Due to their internet being down, the individuals making the appointments weren't able to see the inventory real-time so it was a wasted two-hour ride. The Sales Manager tried his earnest best to rectify the situation and was very apologetic about our inconvenience.
