Dealership was prompt in returning my inquiry.

I contacted them because their car listing stated AWD but the photos were not an AWD model. They confirmed my observation but have yet to correct the listing. As I'm interested in an AWD model I shared w/them I have no further interest in this listing.

I inquired about a vehicle and they contacted me in a timely manner. My complaint with them is that they seemed to have suddenly ignored me after I asked them to give me some hypothetical monthly payments. Seeing as how the particular vehicle I originally inquired about has been sitting on their lot for a few months now, you’d think they’d at least try to close a deal.

Nice young man showed me the car and we went for a test drive. I decided I wanted a model with more options and asked him to keep an eye out. He never got back to me.

I was very enthusiastic about the car and would have bought it if it had had the eight speed auto as your listing stated. They were very apologetic and said they didn't know how that error happened. Be more careful In the meantime I've ordered a 2021 M240 ix for lease but it won't arrive until November. I wish your listing had been accurate.
