Three separate times I was on way there to look at the car, and then they claimed it was not available for various, conflicting reasons - once I was told it hadn’t passed MD inspection, another time “Lexus had not released” this trade in, and three times “it has just been sold” right before my appointment. Really?? Don’t appreciate them wasting my time.

I had a great experience with this dealership. I drove from Philadelphia and the whole process took me only about an hour from the time I got there until I was on my way home with the car I wanted. everyone was great and stuck to their word (which is hard to find these days) I would definitely give them my business again.

Mistakenly inquired about an Audi Q3 but ended up going to view and test drive a BMW 4-Series. Although I didn’t end up purchasing the vehicle, the customer service was excellent. Rep Tae was of great assistance. Ended up deciding to go with a Mercedes instead, had the Audi dealership had a Pre-owned Benz I would of purchased from them.

Tristan, my salesman was great. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He contacted quickly after our inquiry. The younger man, receptionist, At the front desk was not as helpful. He wanted to know specifically what vehicle we were inquiring about and when it was unavailable he didn’t seem to think there was another car for me unless I could specifically name it. We did not end up purchasing the car, the price seemed okay, but they extra fees were just too much.

I called the dealer several times, but was told the vehicle under inspection. I left my # but when I didn't receive a call from the dealer I made last call on Thursday still under inspection. I received an email from the GM on Friday asking what did we do wrong?? Really communication with customers to start will go a long way.
