We had a bad experience. They had us go all the way and they didn't tell us the van was sold. Than a lady said they can work with us with my husband being unemployed than they said he has to have a job.

Contacted this dealer with financing and insurance in place. They then ran my credit 5 times and “surprisingly” couldn’t find a lender and tried to sell me another car. Beware of this place.

Dealer was helpful, but did not purchase the car because there was a 3 year gap in service history.

I was contacted, and the sales staff were extremely polite.

This car was sold 4 hours after I test drove it, but bought another from them one week later. Pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Three separate times I was on way there to look at the car, and then they claimed it was not available for various, conflicting reasons - once I was told it hadn’t passed MD inspection, another time “Lexus had not released” this trade in, and three times “it has just been sold” right before my appointment. Really?? Don’t appreciate them wasting my time.

I was contacted by someone to talk on the phone but I had a migraine that weekend. He followed or someone else followed up with an email asking if I had any questions. I sent them a bunch of questions and I never heard back from them.

Frank (I think his name was - he loves SF 49rs who greeted me at the door made my daughter and I feel very comfortable and worked entirely in my budget and provided great options.

Buyer Beware...I purchased 2019 A6. During the sale, agreements were reached with Justin Solo, Audi of Oakland Sales Rep, that he would complete a number of tasks after the sale. He completed none of them. He didn’t even respond to my email asking for an update. I emailed A.J. Jones, the finance director asking for help and assistance. He never responded either. If you are looking for an ethical, honest car dealership, I would look elsewhere

Easy in and out. Second day of purchase found bad rear air bag. Wish they would’ve told me about it.
