The sales people here are very cool. Financing was simple. Repairs were needed to vehicle and they took care of it. If I’m ever in the market again I’ll definitely be going back. JT is a pretty cool salesman if I do say so myself.

This is an outstanding dealer! They are small volume but very customer focused. The used vehicle I purchased from them was excellently priced, very clean, with a detailed service record and clean CarFax. Alex, my salesman was personable and attentive. Negotiation was easy and they even fixed a minor problem I had the day after purchase. I found them to be trustworthy and easy to deal with. And - I love the car!

Nightmare!! Bought the truck in April and it just got fixed in July. Engine light kept coming on . Bought insurance for power train which was useless in this case . Turbo was bad, timing chain was bad and the plugs and boots were shot. Insurance blamed dealer for selling it that way so they denied all claims. But the dealer finally did come through and paid for all except the plugs which cost 460.00. Watch yourself when you buy used vehicle from them.

Ended up purchasing this vehicle. Timely responses via email / text per my request....no add on fees...friendly staff...reasonable fees. I would definitely purchase from them again and recommend them to a friend.

Nice contact, just ended up not being the vehicle I wanted.

I visited dealership and everything went fine however the car was not quite what I was looking for. My disappointment was the detailing of the car it did not present well. The car did not look prepped to impress a buyer of a low milage late model car.

A week later she sent a few e-mails asking if I was still interested in the vehicle , only to find that it had already been sold. Bottom line: if the salesperson had called me back in 20 min.like she said she would, I might have purchased a vehicle !

Purchased the vehicle without driving it or seeing it in person.I trusted Peggy the sales consultant she was very professional provide me with pictures and willing to go above and beyond with questions and contacted back in a timely manner. Professional environment but was unable to secure financing

Information, visit and transaction were all seamless. Peggy and Joe were great to work with.

The person I talked to said I would be able to come look at the car. So I took a half day off work, called before leaving to make sure I would still be able to look at the car, and drive a little over an hour to go look at it. When I arrived, I was informed it had been sent to auction. And that was that. So I wasted a half day of work and an hours drive (both ways) and nothing to show for it. Not impressed. Hopefully it was a one time shenanigan and not standard treatment of customers.

I seen this Jeep on the internet. Called the dealership, talked to Jay. He was very helpful. Called or texted me back with answers to all my questions. I decided to drive to the dealership to check it out in person. Jay brought it inside and let me look at the underneath while on the lift. I felt through the whole process he was very honest. Very pleased with the Jeep and the price I was able to get. Will buy from them again when the time comes.
