My husband first contacted them and the person he spoke to was rude and to the point. He never offered to help him or work with him. I contacted them and spoke with Yasmin and she was nice and professional. I, however, refused to work with them again.

The sales person was very helpful, but unfortunately the car that I wanted was sold by the time I got there.

Nice that they reached out.

2nd car I've bought from Demontrond. Good experience both times - the price was right, and unlike with some other dealerships the finance dept doesn't try to tack on BS extra costs on the back end via interest rates, warranty/service packages, etc.

Great dealership. Did everything online and drove to pick it up didn’t take much time at all.

Lag time between first and second response cost them a chance at my business. Then I heard from multiple people at once, but it was too late. Now the emails don't stop.

Salesman was incredibly unprofessional. They also like to add fees. The listed price is 2k less than the asking price after they add fees. The salesman I spoke to preferred to negotiate like they did in the 80s. Completely wasted my time. Out of all the dealership I've contacted about a vehicle this year they were the only ones who pulled this. I will never deal with them again.

I bought this truck Saturday 5/30 and today is 6/5 and I have to put the truck in the shop already drove my truck twice now the low fuel pressure indicator came on so it has to go to the shop to get fixed

Everything was great until picking up car bought new Jetta but communication problems now. Has been 7 days and still do not have my new car. I might be expecting to much. I believe when u buy a car from a dealership and it is new it should look new and deal tail. That's a joke with them. Very disappointed they just don't get it I believe.

I was pre approved but that put the wrong information even though I filled out the form and they took my I'd, so they could up the price and act as if it was a rough glance for the per approval. Now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report because they felt I was by myself and a woman so I guess I wouldn't know they were trying to haggle. Very displeased with them and the way I was treated. Only giving a star so I can submit my rating .
