Used 2020 Volkswagen Arteon for Sale in Akron, OH

Great experience buying my 1st car!

Was not willing to negotiate one penny on car or my trade in. Then tried to pressure me into buying anyway. I walked away.

The manager contacted me (via email) to check up on whether a sales rep had reached out. The sales rep never did contact me and as a result I missed out on purchasing a vehicle that I was very interested in. My suspicion is that the sales rep had another customer he/she was more loyal to or they simply didn't care...either way this was a very disappointing experience in which I would definitely discourage others from getting involved with!

I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was looking at. Staff was very friendly however on budging on cost of vehicle, they came in very high and kept it very high. Ended up paying almost 2k over kbb and tacked on some negative equity from a previous lease on top of that. But the car i purchased is clean, fun to drive, and that made it worth paying the extra bit but as far as pricing, they are a tad bit high vs other local dealers.

Made appointment to see the car. Had to wait at least 20 minutes. When car was located and brought out for me to test drive the inside of the car was dirty. They mad little effort to make a proper presentation. I would not recommend Ganley Westside Imports to anyone.

I ended up buying the vehicle. The service the saleswoman Amanda is AMAZING. She had her "sidekick" Stephanie answer emails really fast. And also professional. Whe worked 2.5 hours late to complete the sale and with grace and always a smile and helpful. I recommend her and would buy from her again no question next time.

Great experience, salesman was very helpful send pictures that I requested. I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership because logistics on my part a little too difficult.

Excellent i bought that car

Very difficult negotiating with this dealership. Gives you below market trade in value. They will give very low increase to it. As for purchases, they think coming down $200 is fair.. The salesman were friendly.

My experience over all was really good, Jordon was a real professional handling thing for me over the phone. I guess the whole process took about 11/2 hrs start to finish. I drove away a happy customer.
