Not a good experience. I felt like they were hiding something about the car. The picture they posted was not of the actual car. The car was bough from an auction, flat tires, bumper detached, and some other mechanical issues.

After contacting the dealer they said that the truck was there and they looked forward to seeing me after i drove and hour and a half and calling before i left they waited until after i got there and after they had test drove my trade in to tell me that the truck i was there for had a bad engine

I was contacted quickly by Nash with regard to my inquiry on CarGurus. He and I talked at length about the particular automobile I was looking at on their website. I have not purchased a vehicle yet, but would definitely contact and visit Car House based on texts and phone calls I've had with Nash in the past.

Nash was very helpful. He was extremely kind and his professionalism was very much appreciated. Was able to get us approved even with our challenged credit scores. Though we chose to go with a different dealership he is still someone worth trying. Highly recommended.

told them I was interested and they were going to get the shipping cost so I could finalize the price so I could arrange the payment to them to get this shipped to me talk to them once or twice more about the shipping said they were still waiting for a quote from shipper then could not get them to answer phone calls next thing get email from cargurus saying car was sold so dealer sucks no customer support at all would not recommend Planet auto to anyone

Dealer was very helpful. Worked with a couple different people. Did actually purchase this car. Everything is great with Corwin Ford.

Corwin was quick to respond to my online inquiry. I did set up a time to test drive the vehicle. The vehicle was as described. Salesman was polite and courteous. However, although I wasn't planning on trading in my vehicle I did have them give me an estimate of my trade in value. They came back with an offer so low it was insulting. With that offer I stood up, thanked the salesman for his time and left knowing that Corwin wasn't a dealership i would be doing business with.

Took a long time for the dealership to finally answer my questions. Then they were unwilling to negotiate the price.

They were great they worked with us to deliver the car and any issues that came up . I would definitely buy from them again.

Jeremiah was great, he took care of everything! There were no surprises, fair trade-in, fair sale price.

Drove all the way there.... 2 hours and the truck ended up being a shortbed not a longbed as advertised, Total waste of time.

Quick response to my inquiry. The car I test drove was a cute car, but the cost was too high for the damage I saw. Customer service was ok but not great. The salesperson definitely had patience when I checked out 3 cars but smoked in front of my husband who has asthma. What you see is what you get kind of place.

Sales person not personable. Brought vehicle from back lot to us and just left it running and said spend as much time as want to look at it. He just walked away and did not offer a test ride or answer any questions. Car was so filthy inside I would not even sit in it.

I drove almost 3 hours one way after being told this car was in good shape and had no issues. Upon arrival the vehicle was much worse cosmetically than the pictures showed. There were pieces of trim missing on the inside and damage that was not in the photos online. After test driving the vehicle it had a shake to it and transmission problems. The dealer then tried to sell me other vehicles on his lot. Horrible experience.

Run away! 1st thing they said is the car has already been sold. So why did you call 3 times to confirm an appointment for a car that is already sold? Then they told me the car has been serviced, has new tires etc. But they charge $2,000 for that, mandatory fees. Lastly, they called me the same day for another appointment for the same car!!! Looks like the client who already made a downpayment for that car never showed up to pick it up!!! Liars, waste of time. Run away.

Salesperson Fidel was very helpful . His Manager Jorge exemplified professional courtesy and tact . Together they delivered great service . The only recommendation I would make to the dealer is , once I make a commitment to view a vehicle it would have been great to have the vehicle already prepped and waiting for my test drive .
