I’m not a big fan of Bertera had some bad experiences in the past but Pedro and the staff at the Mitsubisi dealership including the manager were very easy and pleasant to work with not your normal pressure car sale

Polite, Not pushy nor aggressive sales.

Went in to buy the vehicle. Backed off from buying that evening, once pressure was introduced by the sales team. Though was happy with the communication with them, and how clean the vehicle was when taking it for a test drive. Follow up contact was made which was great. No longer in the market, since buying a vehicle elsewhere. Though still would recommend dealership, as they put great detail into bringing a used car up to par for re-sell.

John Fagan was great to deal with. Knowledgeable and very responsive.

Got an email and a phone call during work. Could not talk. The car we really wanted was from a private seller and because I couldn’t read his email we lost the deal I bought a car the old fashioned way, from a dealer! I’m done ✅

They first replied, I asked a question about transporting the car from the east coast to the west but never got a response. I will buy a car this next week, that car would work, too bad they didn't take me seriously.

Contacted Tony Mangino Mitsubishi within 5 minutes of truck showing up on car gurus. I was told the truck wasn't ready for sale and couldnt be seen yet i was also told I would get notified about vehicle soon as it was ready, I contacted them twice . 1 day later I get an email saying the truck was sold. Why even list it on the sight if it isn't ready to be viewed. Not a very good experience.
