Used 2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross for Sale in Atlanta, GA

Sales person was cool, calm and collected also knowledgeable about the Rav4 product line (5 star) - however lost our trust and opportunity for a future sale do to the nonsense (purchase bill of sale) dent removal, appearance protection, window tint for a total of $1,600 and document fee + electronic fee for $800 / this is a used car not a new car - never the less buyers are now more educated and not up for the games and additional fees they attempt to add to the bill of sale

Placed a deposit to put a truck on hold, which ended up never getting processed, resulting in the truck being sold to someone else. Wasted a week of searching, time spent with the dealer, and an unnecessary credit check.

The saleman Mr. Cameron Cherry was very prompt with his call back and gave me all of the information that I asked for in regards to this cars status.

The idea behind the "ultimate test drive" is great. However, there is a two or three day advance notice to schedule the vehicle. If you don't live in a major city such as Atlanta or Dallas there is travel time to get to the location. Also, if you ultimately decide not to purchase you will have pay for the "test drive", the rental on the vehicle. For some people this is ideal.

Dealership had my license for 3 days, yet failed to notify me until the day of my test drive that I couldn't drive the vehicle because of a 25 years of age requirement. Company treated me like a liability in front of multiple other customers, there was no communication between the multiple sales reps I spoke to, and the rental location had no idea what was going on. Overall, it was a very embarrassing experience and frustrating experience.

Dealership did not this car or any cars comparable to this one on their lot. It was a complete scam. I drove 60+ miles with 2 other people and waisted my time. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Not personable at all, 1man trying to juggle several potential customers. Was going to definitely make a deal but it seemed like they had to much going on and I decided not to.

Cannot recommend. This is going to sound weird but the salesman was the only honest person I encountered (Emanuel). The others were high pressure tactic liars. The other guy who came to “help and answer questions” was either a straight up liar and or doesn’t know anything about cars and will tell you whatever it is you want to hear to make the sale.

Terrible dealership to deal with. Price advertised is not what you pay. They added a $999 Dealer Fee onto the advertised price of the car.I walked away from the dealership frustrated. Would not recommend this dealership to others.

Very shady place. The salesman and finance manager were rude. Want to charge you to do their job. Jeep was filthy even after they said they cleaned it up. Putting a nasty tree air freshener in the Jeep was all they did. Would never go back.

We were willing to make a 5 hour drive to purchase a vehicle only to find out that they didn’t even have the vehicle. They immediately countered with a different vehicle. Too many red flags.
