2020 Mazda MX-5 Miata for Sale in New York, NY

Went there and there was an employee not wearing mask. Tried to add 5000 to price listed. Very hard sales pitch. Not impressed.

If you are looking for a used car in a good condition, this is definitely the place to go to! The variety of cars is impressive and prices are more than reasonable. Highly recommended!

couldnt talk to a salesperson because Stephanie the internet person who’s job it is to get people i. refused to let me speak to someone, when i got annoyed and demanded to speak to someone she placed me on hold and never came back or connected me to anyone! she wanted to answer my questions herself but wasn’t qualified to do so! so i will look elsewhere!

Dont waste your time going to this dealer unless you are ok with spending at least $5,000 over the advertised price in non existent fees excluding taxes and doc fees. I went to see at 2017 Porsche Cayenne, found out the car was in an accident and was willing to over look that if they would let it go for the price advertised. The manager came back with over $5000 in made up fees. Complete waste of my day...STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND BE SCAMMED!!!

Got right back to me and answered my questions. Unfortunately the vehicle I was interested in did not have the equipment I was looking for, but everyone at Bright Bay was responsive, professional and courteous.

Dealer was great but it didn't make sense to buy this car.

I got a great deal on my car and they made the process smooth and easy. I drove 3 hours from out of state, as the car was just what I wanted, and they were still able to get my registration set and new plates sent. I was worried they might try and pressure me into a bad deal since I made a decent drive, but the whole process was painless and there were no bs fees.

When I asked for an Out the Door Price I was presented with the sales offer, that had added in $995 "Certification Fee" and $399 for "Glass Etching". That is $1400 above advertised price with no mention of these fees on the website. I'm not sure if this "bait and switch, but they declined my offer deleting these hidden fees.

The worst dealer that I’ve ever been in my life. The guy is a liar. Saying the car has zero accident and the Carfax shows 1 accident. Also they want 1000 dollars as Dealer fees. The aptitude of the seller is like you are there asking for free things not buying. I thing the guy name is Andi.

If the dealership were closer to my home I could give you a better review but the staff was kind and quick to respond to my questions

Besides the fact that I got the basics and they tacted on an extra 5 grand. I drove 6 hours up there and they knew that, kept commenting on it. I had a 6 hour drive back right after buying the car, which they knew. Still. They literally saw every other customer first, even decided lunch was more important. I was and still am disgusted with this company. However MAZDA, makes one of a kind cars worth buying through a Mazda dealership. Wayne Mazda is not worth it. I promise you.
