Used 2020 Hyundai Accent for Sale in Bellingham, WA

Incredible customer service, relaxed sales atmosphere, did a total of 4 test drives. Ended up buying a silver one! Don’t waste your time with Toyota dealers and their insanely jacked up prices, we saved at least $4000

Lead sales person lied on several occasions as it pertains to dealer fees. Tried to charge 1500 in dealer fees when asked tried claim was fir tax and license when called on this lied several times then said I would need see finance to fully understand the breakdown of this cost

Listed several vehicles (2020 Hyundai, Elantra's) at a specific price ($11,495) but when I called they put somebody on the phone who was their scape goat and spoke broken english and said the vehicles are not available at that price even though they're still listed for sale on CarGurus. Bait and switch, cars were not really that price to begin with. This is Car Pro's, an actual dealership.

Price fixing, I went in with the pricing provided on car gurus and all the pricing was 3-5k more than and they would not honor it and that was for new cars

I have called, texted, emailed, and used the live chat on their website, and I have had no response from the dealership. Five different employees have told me five different and conflicting things about the vehicle and no one seems to know if it's available or not. It's been a lot of "Hey, I'll get back to you later with the information", and I get no response from anyone for hours or days.

Jeff was great. I ultimately decided against the Tucson because of slow acceleration and a very small rear window, but the dealership was very professional.

Drove all the way out there to find out that the vehicle I was interested in was no longer being sold because of a airbag recall. They shouldn't have even posted it if they hadn't even checked it out or had it detailed yet. Waste of time.
