Used 2020 Audi e-tron for Sale in Austin, TX

Very difficult to get calls returned. 4 wks after purchase still have no copies of documents and no paperwork has been sent to my county. I can’t even register it. County called and was hung up on! Horrible!

Miss lead. Bought a pre-owned Q7. Picked up the car but they could only find 1 key fob. They told me they would mail the second key to me. That was almost 4 weeks ago. The dealer told me he was still looking for it. Tried to contact pre-owned manager and general manager without any response. Finally gave up. Called the other dealer in Austin and they ordered me a new one right away. Yes it is a used car but if you pay 50k for a car you naturally assume there would be 2 keys.
