STAY AWAY!!!!!! Can I give them negative stars? Because if I could, I would. This place was the worst! We wanted to view a used vehicle there-a simple request, right? Not here! Talked to no less than six people to try to accomplish this, and when we actually set up an appointment to see the car, it wasn’t even there! One of their employees had taken it out to use at the time of our appointment! Most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to.

They called and they said the truck was there. I went at the time I told them I would be there that after noon and before I could see the truck they made me fill out all kinds of paper work. After that they all about the truck I was trading in and told me they would only give me low wholesale for it. After all that they said the truck want there and I had to go someplace else if I wanted to look at it because it wasn't there.

Careful typical greasy car salesman. Don’t let them bullying you into their faux priced vehicles. Waste of drive. +$3000 to any of their cars. Or subtract that much from your trade in. Do the math. They are betting you can’t. First bad review I’ve ever given in my life. Nice work Empire Hyundai

I asked the dealer rep to verify the car I was looking at had a third row seat was told yes Made an appointment to test drive I arrived the sales rep had to locate the car and bring it out took about 15 minutes not prepared When car was brought out I asked to see the third row seating and was not surprised when it was not there I told the sales rep that I do not appreciate being lied to and left

Car was priced 2000$ more than listed for on car gurus and the car had scratches and a dent on the passenger door left side and on handles not shown on the car gurus site

Received a response from dealership very quickly and an appointment to view and test drive was easily set up. The vehicle was well presented and was as described. The Sales Manager and the Financial Manager was both professional and friendly. Overall, the experience was good.

They are very professional. They understood what kind of car I was looking for. The don't wasted my time. Most of all they are very honest.

sales rep tended to seem to have an attitude when I asked questions. Told me it would take 20 business day to be able to pick up the car after I had already put a down payment on it, the next day the sales rep told me the car been hit and totaled over night.

Willie was busy when I got there,went looked at other rav4 in lot,came in he brought us to the bay,car was up on lift?finally sat down went over price got mgmt to come over,asked him 5 times if he would counter offer,he refused...

The car was in terrible shape. It seemed that they did not know anything about the car. The sales guy said “so I don’t know anything about Infiniti’s but feel free to look at it”.

Good, quick communication, wanted a very large deposit on the vehicle. Couldn’t work that out so no deal. I’m a buyer, but not on those terms.

I was not happy. They refused to let us get our own financing. They want us to use theirs for a kickback. My rates were lower. They refused a deposit and wait 24 hours for my bank check.

I felt like I was miss led into there store. The advertised price was not the actual price. They wanted $3k more than the advertised price. I think they are an immoral dealership taking advantage of low waged people who work hard to buy an affordable vehicle.
