The salesmen were quick to respond and answered all of my questions. The finance manager was impatient. I felt like we were a bother and not a customer. We love the car, but not thrilled with the dealership.

Wasted my time! My proxy traveled over an hour to see the vehicle in a snow storm just to be told it was sold top an auction the night before. However, I spoke with the dealership that morning of the appointment and they confirmed our appointment. I feel like it was a bait and switch attempt.

Dealer was honest and forthcoming with pricing. I test drove the car on my own. Dealer contacted me after the visit to follow up.

Car was listed on the internet but they wouldn’t sell it for that price. They said it was a mistake and that the price would be changed on the internet in ten minutes. I looked the next day and the price was still listed the same. I don’t believe I would ever go back to this dealership.

Bad experience! Picked up car and it had multiple scratches and was overdue for an oil change. Decided to go through with buying anyway because price was low enough. We had an agreement on price, and then when they sent the paperwork over they snuck in a $163 "processing fee". They refused to waive the fee saying it's because they handle all the paperwork (LOL). If you want a hassle free experience, look elsewhere.

Called and I explain my situation. The sales rep was very accommodating on the phone and we both realized we couldn’t make a deal work on a new suv. 15 minutes later I received a call back stating that they would be willing to work with me. I drove 50 minutes to the dealer, spent an hour there, and they did not honor trying to work with me. Frustrated to have wasted three hours of my time.

Difficult to work with. They did not honor the price of $12,500 that was posted on Cargurus. Experience was not favorable. Worked out fine, found a better car at a different dealer on Cargurus.

The dealer sent me an email, and when I neglected to reply, sent me another one. Really the major reason I didn't even look at this car is that Waukegan is so far away. I would recommend this dealer; they were friendly and understanding. I only wish they were in Milwaukee; I might have a car by now.

Omar and the entire dealership was great to work with. They had my vehicle waiting up front when I arrived, clean as a whistle and ready to go. Everything went smoothly and I was in and out in about an hour. Me and my wife had our grandson along for the trip and everyone at the dealership was even very accomodating to him. Loved this place and would absolutely recommend visiting and purchashing from.

The team was quick to respond to my inquiry, but they were completely unprepared when I showed up for my appointment. The vehicle hadn’t been inspected, staff wasn’t welcoming, didn’t attempt to provide any detail to get the process moving along. Left without a test drive.

Sebastian turned me off. He was at another dealership in Chicago before here. Won't budge $5 on price. I wanted to buy a car here, but lost interest after test drive and I saw he was here. Nope, won't buy anything from him.

ON DITE EXOERIENCE WAS NOT FRIENDLY; It took them 4+ hours to process the paperwork! The car was not clean and ready for test drive.

I made an appointment to see this car and when I got there I was shown an older model Honda Civic. I never saw this vehicle.
