2019 Toyota Corolla LE for Sale in California

This dealer was over 80 miles from our home and they had 3 2019 Nissan Frontier's with 3 different paint colors, miles, and similar accessories on them. We talked about a 2019 silver Frontier with approximately 27,400 miles and it's price was $500 more than a navy blue truck they had in stock but more miles. They reduced the silver one by $500 and gave us an excellent deal on an extended warranty.

They got a hold of me quickly and called the number I left also. The representative was friendly and happy to work with me

They followed up with an email and asked if I had any additional questions.

Responsive to me right away when I walked into their Dealership Site. They are well-mannered, professional...real, not fake, so genuine...and hardly put on any direct pressure.

I wanted to see vehicle and they were set on the price they were asking. When I called back to see if the vehicle was still there the salesman said they are just loading it on the truck to go to auction. I said at auction they will give you a lot lower then your asking and why they couldn't come down on price. The distance for me to drive there would take me at least an hour and a half so I wouldn't be able to see it to the weekend. So that ended the conversation, and it went to auction.

Not a good experience, not happy I paid $44,000 for a 2019 Genesis with 8,000 miles, They had no second key fob for the car stated it was “misplaced, lost”. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT. Also “cannot provide a new one. “ I felt they just wanted to sell the car, very unsatisfactory customer service.

The staff at Redwood City Infinity are helpful and extremely courteous. This was by far the smoothest and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I definitely recommend this dealership.

Not sure how to rate communicated for 3 days as car was in for detail and inspection. Asked to contact when out to schedule an appointment to test drive but when I said I wanted to see the car for test drive they said it was sold at auction.

For 250 bucks they wouldn't close a deal I offered to buy a car 21250 and they wanted 22500 don't wast your time some dealerships are only in it for the money not to help you in any way as long as they make the money the problem with us buyers is don't make them negotiate this is America everything is negotiable

Everyone, from the client service to the financial service, was spectacular! They did everything to ensure I was making a good, informed choice. Every step of the way was as smooth as it could have been.

Dealer lost a sale because they were too lazy to walk out to the truck and send me a picture of the options sticker. I wanted to verify the axel ratio for towing before I drove a couple hours to look at the vehicle. After several very direct attempts both verbally and by email to get a simple picture, I gave up and bought a Yukon from a different dealer.

We bought the car. Went to get gas no gas cap. Only came with a keyless remote found out we had to pay also $400. For this to be fixed and we had the car 4 days. Not really happy about this. I contacted them have not heard back from them yet.

Pictures online left out damage, after going back and forth refused to budge on price despite the damages that were not listed. The third person I spoke was finally willing to atleast fix it but at my expense.
