couldnt talk to a salesperson because Stephanie the internet person who’s job it is to get people i. refused to let me speak to someone, when i got annoyed and demanded to speak to someone she placed me on hold and never came back or connected me to anyone! she wanted to answer my questions herself but wasn’t qualified to do so! so i will look elsewhere!

Dont waste your time going to this dealer unless you are ok with spending at least $5,000 over the advertised price in non existent fees excluding taxes and doc fees. I went to see at 2017 Porsche Cayenne, found out the car was in an accident and was willing to over look that if they would let it go for the price advertised. The manager came back with over $5000 in made up fees. Complete waste of my day...STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND BE SCAMMED!!!

What they have is good but more than i want spend

Car in their ad is a different color. Staff is underinformed and sales manager is unwilling to negotiate by phone or email considering we are in the middle of a pandemic and this state is on my state's quarantine list.

Worst experience of my life. Nate and switch with the tailor made food guy bad guy where the salesman has to run to the back to ask the manager and then comes back and all of a sudden the price is 5000 more. Never again!

If you are looking for a used car in a good condition, this is definitely the place to go to! The variety of cars is impressive and prices are more than reasonable. Highly recommended!

The dealership was great. From my salesperson Carl to Juan one of the finance managers. They really run a well operated car dealership. Easy buying no pressure, great price and value. When I picked up the car it was how I wanted it and their Technoolgy person walked me through all of the features and functions. I have recommended to family and friends.

The visit and experience to this dealership was very unsatisfactory. When I was shown the vehicle it was dirty and when I test drove it the vehicle blind spot monitoring system was flashing defective, the backseat interior was damaged and looked like it was beyond repair. The salesman was very uncaring and not helpful during my visit. I did not nor would not purchase such a vehicle in this condition.

Wouldn’t have expected a bait and switch from a oem affiliated dealer but that’s exactly what I got. Negotiated a price and then when it came time to closing the transaction they reneged on the warranty that was explicitly advertised in the Carguru listing. I was keen on making this a clean easy and quick transaction for all involved and instead I got the typical user car dealer treatment we all have grown to know and hate. Oh well...

Absolutely unacceptable. They listed a car at a high market rate. Having read other reviews warning of added fees, when pressed, a two year old, 16,000 mile, $48,000 car, required fees for rediculous reconditioning and other fees. Extremely deceiving advertising practices!!!

Set up an appointment 2 days prior to test drive the vehicle, when I get there it was in the service department getting all 4 brakes replaced so I couldn’t take it for a test drive. Good thing I made an appointment.

I was skeptical about dealing with such a large dealership. Our salesperson, Janet was amazing from the very first contact until beyond the sale being complete! I am very satisfied!

The give one price on here and then add 5,000 more to the sticker at the dealer. They pulled the car out with dents and scraps all over it horrible bid never buy a car from here I left without even telling them

The Car-gurus price they listed was Not the price. They added $4500 to “recondition” the car. Took them 3 hours to get the paperwork done. I did not see until the next day that two tires need to be replaced, bald tires wouldn’t pass inspection. Not sure how they could ever miss that while reconditioning a car with only 31k miles??? I felt very slimy with the entire experience.

The salesperson and one of the sells manager called me last weekend and told me the vehicle was available.I got a call that Monday saying the vehicle was gone.Funny it is still showing on there website.Guess that didn’t want to sell me the car.

very helpful with a used Lexus I was interested in from another dealer which would require some cosmetic work. dealer went out of their way to give me details of the work and the approx. price I would pay if I decided to purchase the vehicle (which I did not).

Great follow up phone calls

Taras was wonderful. Provided a very thorough description of car. We met him and he took us for a drive. Deal was straight forward. Vehicle was Lexus certified, mint condition and low mileage. We purchased the car. Would recommend Wilkie Lexus and Taras!
