This transaction was handled completely over the phone, working with Hailey Baker, she and the rest of the staff are super friendly and don’t give you that pressured feeling that you have to buy it. Placed a deposit on the truck last week on 2/19, then of course the cold snap hit Texas, flew out 2/19 meet everyone at the deal ship and I felt like I had grown up with them. By far one of the best buying experiences I’ve had in a long time!

What an incredible experience with such a professional team. How refreshing to be in a car dealership surrounded by people who genuinely care and work to get the right deal for you. The truck was very nice and the dealership contacted us right away. This was our first time buying a used vehicle in 8 years, and apparently all dealerships add $3000 verification fee when drawing up paperwork. We said no, call us when you want to sell for the price listed, waiting for call back.

Lied to get me through the door when i was very specific on everything before coming in since it was a 2 hour drive there and 2hr drive back. Sales guy was nice but when it came to actually going over the deal, the manager said sales guys ca not negotiate anything and on top of that, they wanted to charge a 2000-3000 fee without specifications on what it was. Would not recommend.

Wasn’t Friendly at all! Need to change it too FordTX cause they are not Friendlyr helpful. Didn’t even try to help me purchase car or interested in helping. If no money down (pocket money) can’t help you.

The car says 22,998 online. When I went in, I offered them 22,500 in cash. They said the actual price was 28,690, and that they could take 22,500 cash as down and finance the rest. He said he would be loosing money. Then why does it say 22,998 on line. Fake on line prices. I bought my truck on line and it was 28,00 on line and in person at dealer.

I was not able to make this appointment but the service was amazing and I recommend ultimately drive to everyone so know

EchoPark had the car we wanted at the price we wanted, but their processes were among the worst that I have experienced. We ended up walking out when they hadn't started our paperwork after we waited 90 minutes. So disappointed...

Overall pretty smooth transaction. The detailers could use a little more attention to detail, in my opinion. However, they did a good job overall.

I had a wonderful experience with the dealer. I bought the car they delivered it to me, the car was spotless. They were extremely helpful.

Roger from Covert made the buying process smooth and easy. I was able to schedule a test drive one evening and he negotiated with me the following week over text and set up all the paperwork. All I had to do was sign and was in and out in 15 minutes.

Very friendly, the prices are fair the only problem is they offer you a lot less on your trade in than a regular dealership so the saving is not there. :-(

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY HERE! This dealership had their Internet Sales Consultant, Christian Spiers, lie to me over the phone. This was multiple times over a couple of days about the availability and price of variety of Ford SUVs on their lot. Cancelled the appointment because I want an HONEST dealership. If you are looking for a dealership that wants to take advantage of you then this is the one. AVOID Christian Spiers is the best advice I can give.

I wouldn't recommend going to this dealership their online price is changed once you go to the dealership and view their cars. Also they aggressively price their online cars at a discounted rate but in the dealership they add on ridiculous up-charges for work they did not do on there vehicles.

Was excited about the black optima, my test drive was set up. I received the inspection report online and everything was good to go. Rep called a few days later and said they could not sell the car due to some damage on the exterior. If the car has not been fully inspected then that initial inspection report should not be given via email when my test drive is set up. But I still got a deal because they have a 2019 white optima for me to purchase

Hello! Our experience with Avis was rather disappointing. We saw a posting for a vehicle we were looking for, contacted the dealer (Avis) on a Monday and were told the vehicle was being cleaned up and would not be ready until Wednesday. On Tuesday we received notice the vehicle had been sold. Such a shame, as the vehicle was exactly what we were looking for. Frank
