Great experience! We purchased the car. However, they do add a $995 fee, so be aware that their list price does not include it.

AVOID. Once you come to the dealership they change the prices and the car I was interested in was not even in the condition they described. They told me I could NOT get my mechanic to check the used car I was interested in. Untrustworthy and rude about it.

Great experience from start to finish. Obi was very knowledgeable about the crosstrek and showed me all the safety features. I will definitely go back. They are very professional and courteous.

The dealership was very good to work with, however, I dont like being sent upstairs to finish to transaction. We decided on the out the door price, if I wanted to blow my budget I would have done it when negotiating the out the door price.

The car appeared as blue in your Cargurus ad. When I contacted the dealer, I was told it was gray. I saw blue and the description read blue, and the dealer is way to far away for me to go and check out the color. They do have a branch near me, so I emailed them and inquired if they could bring car to the office near me, but I never heard from them.

Very very bad customer experience . Doesn’t give second key; charged me for reconditioning for outside damage, to do deep cleaning service. But they didn’t do anything. The price was 10903 but they charged me 11610 on purchase agreement contacted several times to the dealership but they didn’t take an effort to solve my problems

Bait and switch dealership, unwilling to answer whether their quoted price included CPO certification costs. Not very difficult to answer with a yes or no. However, they peppered me back with multiple emails bypassing my simple question in order to get me into dealership. Why would I go in ?

Although, I did not buy the car for personal reasons the salesman Hugo was very helpful. This was my first time at a dealership and did not know what to expect but his personality made me and my fiancé feel welcomed. Would very much recommend asking for Hugo!

They were very helpful, answering any and all questions I had before I made the 2hr drive down there. They worked with my schedule to setup a viewing and test drive. The vehicle was clean and ready to go when I arrived. Aaron provided great customer service, and even tho I was prequalified, he ended up finding me a better APR deal.
