2019 Acura ILX FWD with Technology Package for Sale in New York, NY

The worst experience I have ever encountered the car was listed for 23,989 and when inquiring on vehicle it took forever to receive details and the the price all of a sudden was 32,500 and it didn’t make any sense and then stopped answering the phone and started to ignore my calls in the process of me getting this car

Requested more information, never got back to me with that. Three days later got back to with car has been sold. Very disappointed.

Was contacted almost immediately by the dealership. They provided all the information I asked for to include price reductions on the vehicle. Even though I didn’t purchase the vehicle, their Custer service was great.

All good with the people there, but the driver seat electronic adjustment was broken so I did not buy

This dealer was very responsive to my message, and we had no trouble coming to an agreement, they went a ove and beyond to make the deal happen, I talked with the owner n General Manager both were very polite and willing to help me and even gave me better deal being retired veteran. On The Road Auto does not give you pricing out the door or detailed pricing when you ask for it online, only when you show up in person. Was very unhappy about them. The negative reviews about them seem to be spot on.

They were terrible they ran three inquiries on my credit report with out my permission. I will never do business with them.

I called three times to ask if they have the car I wanted to look at. I made an appointment and I called before going also, because I’m an hour drive away. When I got there they made me wait an hour. Some one asked me to go see the car in the parking lot and we couldn’t find the car. 20 minutes after they told me the car was taken to another dealer. Very unprofessional and dishonest.

Dealer never came to greet me. Traveled 20 miles for appointment and they never answered my several missed calls. Shop looks very run down and shady. Would not recommend.

Worked with Angel, great guy, upfront and honest. Actually ended up not getting a deal done but I never felt pressured or rushed. They provided me with all the information I needed, and would def recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. The only issue I had is that in the listing itself, the advertised price is misleading- you only get the list price with a predetermined down payment, which is only listed in the fine print.

So how does a vehicle price 23500 becomes 31k??? They don’t tell you bout 3900 inspections fee 🤦🏻‍♂️ Plus doc fees 599 so I ask what is inspections fee sales rep said they diagnosed the vehicle for 3 days never ever heard of inspection that take 3 days doc fee the vehicle is 3 years old not brand new. I understand tax and registration but that should be it .. anyways very misleading

ZERO STARS if there was a option. DECEPTIVE PRICING and BOGUS ADVERTISING. Car gurus price and prices listed on their website are different. CAR gurus price was $1000 less. Sales person explained prices listed are including an "ASSUMED" $2000 down payment for financing. "said all of the dealerships do this" JUST RIDICULOUS BUYER BEWARE!!! MY OPINION IS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

Contacted dealer regarding a vehicle on 1/30/21. Received a reply stating that salesperson would be in touch with Carfax info on the vehicle as well as more photos. We did have a snow storm in the area so I waited patiently. It is now 2/6/21, I contacted them again on 2/4/21 and I have yet to receive a response. Vehicle still appears available on their website but no follow through from Sales Dept.. I can see why ratings are poor. Too bad, appear to have some quality cars.

List cars milage incorrectly and accident history is not always disclosed or disclosed properly. They listed no accident and 36k miles. I looked the carfax up on my own and it did have an accident and more miles then they said. 2 other cars I looked up from their lot which they listed also had incorrect milage vs the car fax. Additionally one car was in 3 accidents and the other was in 4. Deals that look too good to be true. . Research your purchase.

I went over 2 hours for a 2018 Camry called 3 times week before was told it was clear title and available and sure enough it was avails and not clear title I walked with cash on hand called out of work I should of went off other reviews BUYERS BEAWARE

Called few weeks ago on a 2017 Toyota highlander, I was told it has been sold, they sent me their website to view the cars they have in their lot. After about 4 weeks they still have the same car posted. This dealership post great deal cars to lure customers in. This is a bad representation

Mislead . Pricing was not correct. Was told advertised amount was correct.went in to the finance mangers office and the cost of the vehicle was 9000 more.

Unprofessional, unorganized, not customer-experience oriented. They’ll lie about what cars they have, still RUN YOUR CREDIT and act like “Oops” once that fact comes to light. This happened twice, and I’m an out of state buyer. Huge waste of time considering the distance I was willing to travel. Not saying don’t buy from them, but be VERY specific about the car you want, and it probably might be best to ask for a photo of the car to be texted to you for confirmation.

They did not sell their cars to overseas customers. It must be in person. I have bought many cars from the states. But this dealership still outdated.
