Bad experience . Purchased an 80k car and no one returned calls . 30 days out , no registration and no one up dating me on the status . They seemed miffed I paid cash and wasn’t willing to finance at twice the Normal rate . I wanted to develop a relationship where I buy multiple cars but obviously they are not the one . Wouldn’t buy from them again .

We spoke on the phone was professional however I couldn't get to the dealership to test drive due to 3 hours away and van was purchased before I could plan to arrive.

The salesman provided a creepy video of himself asking me to call him. After some additional emails with the manager I was finally told that the dealership decided to send the car off to the auction. We never did get any other details about the actual listing that we were interested in. Just a creepy video of a salesman..

Vert nice people here. Knowledgeable of the vehicle we were there to look at. Not pushy at all. We did not for the simple reason a smoker owned the car before and I am very sensitive to that odor.

I contacted Midlands Honda. At first they contacted me back quickly. Then they just stopped contacting me and was not responding. I kept coma ting them but all I did was get transferred to someone were the phone would continuously ring to the voicemail. I would leave a voicemail and email them still no response.

Early response was great, but afterwards there was no follow up. Whether good or bad there should always be a follow up call made to the customer.

Great folks, car was as expected. Really spit shined and smelling like fresh leather. The sales person was thorough and enthusiastic. The mileage was off though - like someone was driving the car. There was like a 500 mile difference between what is posted on the web, and what the odometer said.
