2018 Nissan Versa SV for Sale in Houston, TX

Tatiana was my salesperson and she blew it out of the ballpark! I was a dithering mess for at least two weeks, going back and forth trying to decide on what I was looking for. She bent over backwards and was SO VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL with me! We finally came up with a winner today and even though my nerves almost got the best of me, Tatiana got me through it, on her birthday, no less!!

Contacted dealership about a car. They said it was in for service and would be ready in a few days. Promised to contact me as soon as the vehicle was available to show. Two days later I received a notification that the car was sold. I have cash ready to outright purchase a car. Extremely disappointed.

Terrible experience...classic bait and switch...price listed is “not available” and the price offered is almost $10k over what’s listed online...customer service is worst I’ve had

Vroom customer service all around from sales to contract is slow and often do not care that you're buying a car from them. I often find myself calling them to see where I'm at in the process. A week ago I decided to get this van and I haven't even talked to no one about delivery/pickup. Just do dealership or private sales. You pay extra here, for what? You to do all the work?

Apparently there’s a problem with the contract, but no one can tell me what. Every time I call I get a different person who doesn’t know what is going on.

Everything was fine until I was told to give them 500 dollars to take the car of the web which I didn’t understand for what reason if I’m getting the car it’s going to get taken off remind you that I submitted all my info an we both spoke to my bank smh

I spoke to dealer before drove over an hour. Took off from work. He lied and said everything works. This car roof don’t retract (so not a convertible) and trunk don’t open. Hard time closing trunk. Been in flood. Paint has completely faded around back windows. Scratched bad on trunk. And owner not willing to budge on amount and not negotiate. If someone bus this car as is..they are a fool
