Used 2018 Nissan Pathfinder for Sale in Allentown, PA

One of the worst places I’ve ever dealt with. One day I go in and they tell me I’m approved if I come up with some money. I come back two days later with the cash and my trade in and they are telling me I’m not approved no more and it was a “miracle deal” they got the other day for me. Don’t buy here. Check they bbb reviews as well. Nothing but outrageous reviews about how they rip you off

They were very rude and unprofessional I dealt with 3 different customer service associates and they must not have communicated with one another. They pulled my credit and didn’t not call back I don’t understand what kind off dealership they run And I have a fair credit score and I also had a substantial down payment.

The camaro listing promoted the mileage on this car to be 2500. A picture in the listing showed over 54000 miles. I called to check, and the salesman knew it was wrong but they kept it because they were getting so many calls! Come on, if it’s a mistake correct it. Don’t kept the wrong mileage just to get a better deal rating and hope to sell another car to people that respond to the ad

The vehicle I test drove was clean but hmultiple cosmetic issues along with a chip in the window and they STILL tried to push thier $895 preparation fee along with the max documentation fee (which isn't mandatory...google pa documentation fee) and they up charged the registration fee(google MV-s70 for last fee schedule from Penndot). They are definitely wolves in sheeps clothing.

Although I did not buy this vehicle I did purchase another at Exton Nissan. My salesperson, Rebekah was fantastic. She listened and helped me find the best vehicle for my budget. I would definitely recommend.

So far, not good. After 10 days, car still not available for test drive. And price has increased $1000 since my first contact and dealer imposes a “no haggle” pricing policy. I believe they are exploiting my interest in the car to raise the price. Unethical. I was told yesterday that it might be 3-5 more days until I can actually see the car.

Worst sales experience ever. Drove 1 hour to see vehicle and no salesperson was available. Four other customers also waiting. Owner trying to satisfy customer who still does not have title after 30 days, manager no where to be seen. We all left abruptly. This company should be avoided...unprofessional, unorganized and zero customer satisfaction.

This is my first on line car purchase. They did a good job at pointing out the good and not so good about the car providing closeups of any scratches etc.The car was better than i expected, I would prefer not dealing with so many people on the phone. My agent was very nice but i ended up talking with several other people during the process and i felt like we weren't all on the same page at times. All in all i would recommend there co. and i bought from out of state

It was as simple as I wanted. The car was clean and ready for inspection when I arrived on site. Joe, the Manager, was very helpful and allowed me my space to review the car without making me feel rushed. Joe explained the details of the warranty with the TDI and also tightened up a loose part under the hood that he noticed. The review of the paperwork was clear and quick, with no additional hidden costs. Great service from Joe and his team Would recommend to family and friends.

We cannot agree on a sale price for on my trade-in price. I would’ve felt more comfortable if the salesman were a mask. The car was just as stated very nice. I would look there again if another car what is available. Not much room for parking.

Dealt with Eric and purchased a certified used Nissan Frontier. Worked with me and got me what I thought was a fair price. If your looking for someone to deal with for a used vehicle, he is the man! Good guy and a good dealership.

claimed car i was intrested in was avaible. keep being pushy on comind down to the lot yet car i was instested in was already sold. when i said was no longer instrested in coming down they keep insiting i drive down and they would set me up with a car today. i was not looking for any car. was looking for a car in bugget range and they didnt have any others i was intrested in.

I never ended up going to see the car as they said well we aren’t going to check it over (even though it’s a Nissan dealer) it’s as is. Then they send me a video that was different than the pictures with a large chunk of paint missing. Sounds shady to me all the way around and more than likely has more than body issues.

off the bat the sale man tried to sell me something other that what I went there for! Then lost my driver's license!

Car that i was originally interested in sold as I contacted the dealer but luckily they had a wide selection of vehicles at decent prices and I purchased a similar car with less mileage. My sales person Audra was awesome making the buying process fast & easy.

They were nothing but accommodating and everyone at this dealership goes above and beyond. I highly recommend it

I submitted a request for more information about this vehicle March 26th and my GOD my phone and email have been blowing up from them everyday for 5 days straight. I finally did the finance application yesterday morning, please be warned when these folks ran my credit it CREATED 8 CREDIT INQUIRIES on my report causing my SCORE to go down, I only authorized one check from them as a business. I followed up with 2 calls yesterday evening to see what's going on CRICKETS!......

Been waiting almost a week for a car to be inspected. Doesn’t seem like it’s going to happen. Had to look elsewhere because my loan offer isn’t forever

The dealer has a very knowledgeable team, a pleasant surprise when buying a used Tesla. Special thanks to Emily and Tom who helped making this purchase a breeze. Price was great, loan was easy, and these guys kept Tesla prices low. Other dealers raised used Tesla prices when Tesla increased new list prices by $15k. This is why I came here, and I am not disappointed. Coming back for a used Model 3 for my wife next month. Thank you!

Was not willing to meet me at a fair price for this vehicle in result lost a sure sale. Notice they wound up dropping the price a later on that month to what I originally offered...Oh well ! I wound up buying a newer vehicle at a reasonable price

I had my vehicle shipped there. I made an appointment to see my vehicle the next morning but was able to get in that evening. We got the deal done. My only issue is that my financing only showed 72 months one the computer but I had gotten terms for 60 from them. I think a phone call could have solved that issue but I will handle it myself
