I didn’t buy the vehicle I test drove but everyone at the garage was friendly and helpful. More than willing to correct the issues that I found with the vehicle. Felt that they run a fair and honest business

Poor communication within the company bcoz while I got a message from a sale personnel in the morning to come over, on my way I got another message that the car was sold the previous night.

Thrifty was awesome and gave me a good deal. They made buying a car easy and convenient. I had the car inspected by my own mechanic and it was flawless. Check them out for sure if you’re in the market for a great used car.

I made the deal with this place, was willing to pay their asking price, had the check in hand to buy the car, but this dealership is so much trouble to deal with, and they have absolutely no concept of customer relations, that I pulled out. They seem to think its my job to make them happy. I'm so glad I didn't buy from these people. Found a much better deal from a much better dealership the following week.

Did not have the car but let me drive all the way there,wait for 20 minutes,then asked me if I wanted a different car.

Unfortunately, I cannot leave a positive review. Made an appointment to look at a vehicle, then drove 45 minutes, only to find out that the vehicle was unavailable. Totally unprofessional, I would not buy from them.

sales rep tended to seem to have an attitude when I asked questions. Told me it would take 20 business day to be able to pick up the car after I had already put a down payment on it, the next day the sales rep told me the car been hit and totaled over night.

Willie was busy when I got there,went looked at other rav4 in lot,came in he brought us to the bay,car was up on lift?finally sat down went over price got mgmt to come over,asked him 5 times if he would counter offer,he refused...

Attentive and professional No pressure

Fast in and out. I already new what I was looking for, test drive went well. Only issue I really ran into is when they said the truck would be ready at 3pm had to be at work for 4pm and they didn't get the truck done until 4:30pm. So was late leaving. The dealership is small and could use an update on appearances, reminded me of those old school 80s dealers that wear the checker print jackets kind of place. The staff was friendly and the sales guy that I worked with Gary was very nice.

Small, clean, well kept dealership. Knowledgeable salesperson who wasn't pushy. Will recommend to friends.

Contacted them about a vehicle I was very interested in, for a test drive, and they sold the car the day before my test drive without giving me a chance! They called that day, I was supposed to come down, to let me know they sold the car! Was not happy!!!

Very responsive. Car was ready for a test drive when I arrived. Didn’t end up buying the car as it wasn’t right for our needs but liked the dealership.

Burim was courteous and very accomodating. Looked a tree cars there.

Even though the salesperson tried to be attentive it was impossible due to high volume of customers. And partially my fault because I was late and did call in to say so. The car was ready. But there was significant damage to the interior to vehicle that was not shown in photos. And the dealer's attitude was it is a used car so you should accept it as is. Just didn't like attitude.

My question is about the number of seats in the car. I am looking for a Mazda CX 9 for 7 people. The seller informed me that this is what he is selling the car. After placing the photos in the advertisement, it turned out that the car has 6 seats. A somewhat unreliable worker.

Car was dirty inside, needed a lot of work, not ready for sale. They pushed me to lease from them and not buy used.

The person who answered my inquiry did not want to answer questions until I provided my phone number. Then would not reply to my emails after they received my number. What is the point of online shopping if they want to call you endlessly? I am a serious buyer and prefer to communicate via email. I was polite in all of my communication... it is just poor customer service.
