They are pushy, will not take no for an answer, told me one price and it turned out to be 200 dollars more. Was there 5 hours and still no car

Manager Kim never returned my calls nor did they honor what she told me what they would give me for my trade. It was the worst buying process that I have ever been through in buying a car.

Made an appointment with several emails from salesman confirming time and vehicle for test drive. Car was not available for test drive. Did substitute similar for test drive but unable to tell me when Original vehicle would be ready For test drive. Volunteered to bring to me but haven’t heard from them since.

Horrible. Don't do business with these clowns unless you want to be scammed!! I called about a car advertised on their website. Upon calling they told me the price was a misprint and they would legally honor the price. The saleswoman said she was writing up the sale.I wanted to buy it, but then I was told someone else wanted the car for full price and it was already sold. Bait and switch. Don't recommend!!

They contacted me and gave me details it just wasn't the car for me!

This vehicle sold before I could view it. BMW Dallas was very open about the status.

Called and set appointment drove 3 hours and they sold the car. Did not get a call just please be far. If you drove 6 hours round trip how would you feel...thanks

Once the answered my question and it was determined that the car they had is not what i was looking for - I let that sales person know I was not interested. He continued to contact me and I was polite in the beginning but he just kept on. I ended up having to call his manager and file a MAJOR complaint about the sales person Dustin - How many times do i have to say NOT INTERESTED. By the time i called the manager I was extremely angry.

Super helpful guys, Benny and Ash where very knowledgeable on a variety of makes and models. They didn't have the car i wanted in inventory but they got straight to work. I was amazed because I don't know a dealer who does a la carte service like these guys, they found me the Porsche spyder of my dreams I will definitely come back for my next vehicle as I have my eye on the Lotus that's 1of 20...LOL

They honored our outside financing and we were able to drive away with the car . I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here. We will definitely be back.
