Very disappointed. Prices liated are not anywhere close to actual prices. I understand the 2000-3000 in taxes and fees but they didn't disclose an additional 3000-4000 in dealer upgrades that aren't listed. Lower prices just to draw you in and hit you with the big price tag once your ready to check out.

Looked at a different car and was going to purchase it but at the end of signing purchase documents, after being told they were unaware of any damage to the vehicle, then for first time I was informed I had to sign a document acknowledging that the car had frame damage. I refused, took my check back and left. I’d never do business with them

This dealer requires the buyer to add an extra $2500 in fees for anti-theft device and gps. I went to a different dealer without those required fees.

I received a quick and complete response, there were not high pressure sales tactics , just a nice offer to see what they had in stock. I am far from their location, but I plan on making the 300 mile trip soon to see their deals.

Car was dirty...no one on site....not an appealing location or car lot.

By appointment only. This doesn't work when they sold it to the first person that show up. means my appointment was at 4pm but someone else have appointment for the same vehicle at 3pm and he take it. What is the point of making appointments

I set up an appt. on a Saturday to test drive the vehicle I was interested in on the following Wednesday. On Tuesday I decided to check to see if the vehicle was still available. It wasn’t. I do not believe they were going to tell me since Wednesday morning the rep texted me to confirm my appt. This was a vehicle that was a slow mover and all of a sudden it sold just before my appt. Bait and switch? You decide.

I’d say stay away. They claim to have the lowest prices but they try and sell you on products and a lower interest which eventually costs you more in the long run. I don’t like being played and was glad I walked away when I realized their game.

Never go there again...the charge 1999.00 extra on every car for lo-jack wether you want it or not, bad policy and LoJack only cost about 300.00 installed the rest is additional profit for them...plus when I called they told me the car I was looking at was there at 9:00AM and got there at 11:00 AM and they told me car was sold and yet for a days after the car still appeared on there web site...

If this vehicle available next month - I will purchase this car. But yeah, Jose called me within 30 minutes. It’s me that wants to wait on purchase.

The prices on these are not bad and the agents at this dealer really worked to get me what I wanted. Sadly, I didn't make it in to visit but still value their help.

The dealer didn’t call me until after I was already there . when I got there they went to get the car , but they charged me an additional $1509.00 for accessories which I didn’t feel was right and he was not happy about having to honor the price on your website .. So instead of paying the $22,915.00 they charged me $24,514.00 which I didn’t feel was right at all ..

They wanted me to come in and start bidding on the Type R. Someone whispered to me that I should start at $20K over sticker price. The whole experience wasn't pleasant. Decided not to deal with them and bought a Toyota Celica. I think this was a stupid marketing strategy: trying to make money on ONE car and sending away many other customers.
