My overall experience was great. I worked with Alwyn who was amazing, upfront, friendly, and a retired Marine veteran. It was a pleasure doing business with a fellow veteran, I would definitely recommend Alwyn. I actually drove 2.5 hours to purchase this car based on Alwyn level of professionalism.

Great dealership, responsive & good prices

I had a wonderful experience at the dealership. With Covid changing the way everyone interacts I still had an good experience. I love how I never felt pressured like other places. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with ease. I never felt like he was just trying to sell me a car. He even showed me other models just so I could see in person the difference and make the best purchase.

Truck had a big dent on the right side that was not pictures, an almost flat tire, front tires did not match back, wheels looked to be spray painted to cover rust, the salesman who I made an appointment with made it for his day off. Truck was beyond overpriced for such poor condition

Horrible, customer service. Rude about policies. No outside financing, no buying online. Appointment only for test drives, etc.

Overall good, responsive dealer however a bit pushy. The Salesteam must have a pep talk everyday by a motivational speaker because once they get a hold of you on the phone or otherwise they PUSH you to come in, they PUSH you to do all kinds of things and this is quite a turn off...relax sales team just relax, don't push the customers its quite annoying.
