Great correspondence

I was told I had to install “Star-Gard” , (a GPS device) on the car I wished to purchase for $995.00. I neither wanted this or needed it. From what I have read, it is used by finance companies to find the car in case of non payment. Also, they wanted me to pay them sales tax up front even though in my state the tax is paid in 30 days when you get your tags. Sales person seemed to not have time to address either issue. Glad I got my car elsewhere!

Experience was fine, I asked what interior and exterior color the car was as there were not any pictures with the listing. I received and email back letting me know the exterior color of the car.

I was told the car was in perfect condition... it was far from perfect.... dents, door dings, scratches the back driver side door had been hit and pulled out! and I drove 2 hours to see this “perfect condition car”

Very good experience. Even though I didn’t buy the car because of my budget issues but these guys were ready to as low as possible. They were ready to make the deal happen, I just didn’t have budget. I’d recommend them for your next VW purchase.

All the sales people laid off due to Covid situation. Management was handling sales, not very good at human relations. Treated customers like an enemy. Porter who delivered car for test drive was great, thoughtful and friendly.
