2017 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited Reviews
great comfy carI've loved having this car and wondering if I should really make the switch or not...I want a Jeep but this car has the best features and my daughter and I love it. I have had 3 SUV's and this one by far has the best space.
Highlander Hybrid - Excellent choiceThe car is excellent for a growing family. There is plenty of room for everyone. The only thing I would suggest would be adding a cargo rack on the back or something in that nature because when all the seats are full there isn't much cargo area left.
Excellent economy and ride, perfect small family vehicleMy dilemma was AWD minivan or SUV? I wanted a snow car that could seat up to 7 (extended family). I had a 2WD Sequoia - at 19MPG and a 100 RT commute daily, the gas was killing me. This sporty looking car relieved me of the 'soccer mom' look and still gave me all the amenities a family car needs. We added the DVD entertainment system and NAV and you have a great road trip car! Comfortable (unlike the Subaru which was like sitting on wooden boxes) with great visibility (even a back up camera). After market running boards make it a little easier for my 3 year old to get in the car (and grandma, too!). If you're wondering about power - come drive one. It has 270 effective horsepower and plenty of torque - which equals plenty of get up and go for the mountains or navigating the tricky morning school commute. We also added the Toyota Care package - so maintenance is prepaid until 11/2016 or 125,000miles - and it's transferable. Mindless, happiness in a car.. we just need room for more people AND cargo - this car can either carry 8 people or 5 people and cargo. Can't do 7-8 people AND cargo... aiyah! Other cars I considered (remember I wanted AWD and seat 7) were Subaru Tribecca (uncomfortable even at the top of the line model), Mazda CX9 (bad visibility), Toyota Sienna AWD (there's the soccer mom... which I will be), Toyota Sequoia (wow, can you imagine $64k?? and 19 MPG? talk about money pit)
