He lied to us when we called and asked him about the condition of the car. We drove an hour to go and look at it and when we arrived we were not thrilled with its condition, as it wasn't what we were expecting. When we asked him why he didn't tell us about the chipped paint, etc his response was that it's a used car and that's what you get. Yes, it was a usd car but more reputable dealers will actually take the time to clean up their cars and do a little touch up, if needed, before they put them on their lots. A little honesty and integrity will go a long way. He also told me that this vehicle had a 6 yr 100,000 mile power train warranty, so we'd have a whole year and over 20,000 miles of warranty left BUT we later found out that was a lie too and it did not have any warranty at all. We decided that we weren't going to buy from them because of the way that Terry was treating us and being so confrontational. However, we ended up working with a different guy, I believe his name was Rick, and he was very kind so we changed our minds and decided to go ahead and buy the car from him since we knew it would be a while before we would have another free day to car shop and we were assured that Terry wouldn't be involved with the sale. I hope that wasn't a lie. I also hope that we didn't make a mistake buying this car, time will telll. "
