Was not happy with their service they sold the vehicle and no one ever got back to me. I am a hospital worker ( First Responder ) and was unable to make the first appointment so they sold it to someone else

Dealer would not provide a detailed breakdown of their out the door price so contact was brief

Via email they contacted me, in person, not very helpful. Truck was advertised in wrong color. Other issues made this one not the right one. Did not pursue.

Due to recent events of the car I was using breaking down I was concerned on getting a new car with the rates, price a month, etc., these gentlemen were diligent and patient with helping me be comfortable and at the end of the day I was able to drive away in an reliable car.

Fairly ridiculous. I would NEVER purchase a car from a company that treats customers this way. Just a bunch of random emails that are both repetitive and useless. I was ready willing and able to purchase a vehicle, money in hand, but no one returned a call.... I wonder what they'd do if I had a problem. No thanks.

Once I sent a message through CarGurus, they contacted me promptly. They put me in touch with a salesperson who countered my offer within a day or so. Unfortunately we weren’t able to come to an agreed upon price. We parted with my asking them to contact me should they reconsider my offer. They were courteous & respectful through the entire process.

Called to see if the car was available so they set me up with an appointment and after driving an hour to get there they then told me they sold it the previous day

Dealer reached out but was trying to get me to look at others cars when I was just interested in the one I inquired about. I proceeded to ask about fees since there's a handful of negative reviews saying their fees are unreasonable. Never got a reply back

Hidden fees and dealers fees alone increase the price by over 3,000 dollars to their advertised price. Beware, don’t go here.

This is an amazing "no haggle" dealership. The car was great, the price was unbelievable, we were in and out in a couple hours. We didn't get too much for our trade-in, but the car was making strange noises, so I was glad to get anything for it. I would definitely buy here again.

Even tho the vehicle had sold the day before I contacted them they still called me and asked if I was still interested in purchasing that type of vehicle incase they get another one in. Very friendly and professional.

The salesman, Justin was extremely helpful and courteous. He showed me 2 cars that were out if my budget range, but I was made aware of the price ahead of time but decided to look at them. I didn't purchase either car but will say they definitely were professional and not once was I pressured to buy from them. I recommend this dealership.

If you are looking for honest pricing, don’t go here. Add an additional 10k in fees to the listed price of the vehicle. Complete waste of time visiting this place and they make it seem like they are giving you the best price... what a joke.

Scams They put one price and when you call them they said that's the price and when you arrive they tell you that the price doesn't reflect a 5k down payment!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! DROVE 2.5 HOURS TO THE DEALER

I called to confirm it was there and they gave me a different price than advertised. Then they told me it was sold and I found out later it was still available. Their warranty they advertise in this picture is not for used cars, only new.These guys seem to be incapable of telling the truth

I went in to see a Jeep Wrangler and the salesman provided me with the inspection the dealership did as well as the carfax. He even got the service dept to lift the Jeep so I can see underneath it for rust. The body, paint, interior were in good condition, however there was quite a bit of flaking rust underneath, so I passed. The Carfax also showed that the Jeep failed emissions testing several times.

they have confirmed this car is AWD when I made appointment with them over the phone & email.they knew I would travel over 3 hours one way.I found this car is FWD at the time of test drive.They are liars.
