I test drove a car that had a loud noise so I put down a deposit just to have the car serviced before purchasing the car but the salesman kept calling me to finalize the paperwork before servicing the car. I just couldn't understand how I was pretty much being forced to buy the car if I wanted it serviced. I went back to the the dealer where the salesman was busy and asked me to wait ten minutes but I waited over an hour and a half. I no longer wanted the car and requested my check back. I understand it gets busy but I would have appreciated better communication and honesty from the salesman and his manager. The overall service was a poor experience. Nothing personal against the salesman (Shawn)because he was helpful at first but I didn't appreciafe the lack of honesty(maybe a "I'll need 45 minutes")."
