2017 Buick Enclave Convenience FWD for Sale in Champaign, IL

I inquired about this vehicle, Bryan responded and made an appointment with me, he confirmed my appointment the night before and the next morning. When I got there he had the vehicle out and ready to test drive. No pressure no problems it was a smooth successful transaction and I’m now a happy customer !!

All questions that I needed answered were given to me the way I asked to requested.

Bad dealer, i called them about this truck prior to driving 1.5 hours than i when i got there they couldn't find the truck, they where clueless and unapologetic for the time they they wasted me on a Saturday away from my family. Don't go here or trust what they say over the phone.

Dealer made prompt contact.Car was very clean and ready for a test drive when I arrived. The salesman,Zach, was friendly and professional. Tough negotiators, but I think we arrived at a fair price.

Did not end up driving car, but dealership was easy to work with via email/phone.

They got right back to me. Unfortunately I had already made a purchase from another dealer so I didn't have any more contact with them

Honestly don’t know what the deal was with the BOSS of this dealership, i basically wanted to trade in/financed a vehicle with them but they gave me a quick run around that I needed a car inspection to be able to do that, also that I needed to find my own financing first , this place don’t make any sense don’t waste your time

Initial follow up, but then Crickets. Filled out the credit app.... Crickets. Really to bad because I live in Eureka back in the late 80’s and I was very familiar with the dealership Truly disappointed in their lack of professionalism!

We had a great experience at Carmart this past weekend! Wes was very friendly and made buying our new (to us) Subaru Outback an efficient and enjoyable experience. The staff was flexible and accommodating to our needs and we didn’t feel pressured when it came to add-ons. We would definitely recommend this used-car dealership to anyone looking for an easy and straightforward experience buying a used vehicle!

Dealer worked with me to get a good price on the truck. Very happy with the purchase. 4 stars because two tire lights were on when I left and they had checked them and said all was good- "probably due to aftermarket wheels and tires". Turned out tire lights were matched to wrong tires and one almost went flat before I found out. I do NOT believe this was due to misleading or shady dealing... All in all, dealer was good with people and fair on price- just a learning lesson for us both.
