CarMax is consistently above car value. They can do their no haggle pricing because they know that most people don't do a whole lot of research into their cars. They start ABOVE the HIGH end of KBB value, and then drop it from there. When the car doesn't sell they either ship it to another lot, or they send it to auction. I was unimpressed. I won't be buying from a CarMax dealer. EVER! "
