Average time on market: 57 days Certified Pre-Owned: Yes Transmission: 8-Speed Automatic Description: Used 2016 Volkswagen Touareg for sale - $28,406, 25,413 miles
Avg. Dealer Rating: (40 reviews) "Very nice people, super clean car. However, when we sat down to negotiate we were hit with the certified fees. Took a $9600 car to almost $15k with tax and tag. I realize they need to make some money, but this was a bit much. The disclaimer was in the smallest writing I have ever seen. Too bad, we were ready to purchase that day. Unable to make a reasonable (to us) deal. "

Avg. Dealer Rating: (22 reviews) "The car advertised is not the car on the lot. Not only is it the wrong color (atomic silver instead of nebula grey pearl), the car does not have many of the features listed in the description. Even after I personally told the dealership it was wrong, they've still not corrected it. Will NEVER do business with Lokey if they can't figure out how to run the business."

Avg. Dealer Rating: (37 reviews) "The price listed stated $8,994. However when I got to the dealership & asked to see the car, the offer price the salesman printed out a paper that read $13k..not even including taxes & fees. In addition to that, he mentioned there was issues that might not be worth the purchase. He wouldn't even tell me what was wrong with it. I would have been fine with them reducing the cost by the total cost of fixing the known problems with the vehicle. After that the salesman asked if I was open to looking at another vehicle. I told him that I was interested in paying no more than $10k for a used SUV. The salesman then showed me a Hyundai GT, which to me isn't even an SUV but anyway.. I drove it & liked it but the salesman told me that it'd be $216 a month & on top of that I'd have to pay $1,500 for my 1st payment (bc of only wanting to put $500 down). I said that I could make it work somehow bc for the yr, mileage + condition of the car that is a really good deal, but I needed the monthly payment to be $200 a month flat.. that was my maximum budget. He then tried to rebuttal me by saying "you're going to let 57 cents a day prevent you from having a car". From that moment I wanted to leave bc I had already been there 2 hrs & didn't have time to be peer pressured into overpaying my budget by $192 a yr. The salesman said that he would go talk to a manager to try & get the monthly down to $200 flat. 30 minutes went by & my patience was running low. I looked over & saw him chatting with a non-employee. So at that point I was fed up. Got there at 12:30P (I know this b/c I told an Alma I'd be there by this time & I was) and when I checked my phone it said 2:35P. I then grabbed my purse & headed for the door & on the way out told the salesman that I've spent way to much time here & had to be somewhere by 3P. He said that he was just wrapping things up. I was like "no, I have to go you can call me or email me when you figure it out" & I walked out. This clean cut very nice guy walks out as I'm almost to my car & asked me if I even liked the car. I told him "to be honest I'm in love with the pricing but not the car" then he told me that I'd probably be better off financing a brand new vehicle (you know just a $20,000-$40,000 car). I was like is this guy serious? I came for a beautiful, low priced, used vehicle then get told that the vehicle is $4k more & not working. Then I can't even get the salesman to take $16 a month off of the payment.. let alone take less than 2 hrs to close me on a deal. Like I get it, $500 down $200 a month w/ bad credit is a lot to work with but like at least give me a reasonable deal on the car I originally came to see. "
