I called for the drive test, and the girl tells me that they don't have that car, I give her the information that appears on the web and she says no that the year I give her is not the same as the mileage, that the mileage is from another auto.false information to attract the client is not fair? Toyota highlander 2013. 26,712 miles fake informacion to attract clients

So I've decided to go with Nissan Of Westbury for my 2015 Dodge Durango R/T Even though the SUV had 73,000 miles on it, there was a price drop the day I purchased and compared to other dealerships that had 3 owners, this vehicle had 1 owner. I test drove the vehicle and fell in love. Carfax was clean, all mechanical work was done by dealership. Great experience purchasing from Nissan of Westbury will purchase for them again.

They were nice and willing to help, idk if this is common knowledge but apparently in New York there are “administrative” charges which added to an additional $1400, THEN dealer told me the only way to get internet price was to finance through them.....sounds very sketchy to me!!!

Porscha is very hospitable and patient. She showed us 2 cars and accompanied test drive. She is like a family member, very considerate. She never push but gave a very explicit introduction for the car we looked at. Also, she is has professional knowledge towards the mechanic and maintenance. I highly recommend this dealer, especially the saleswoman Porscha.

Contacted multiple times to get info on a specific vehicle. Was not provided any info about the car and was asked to come in the dealership as I have a "VIP" invitation. I gave up after not being provided any real info oreven knowing if the car I was interested in was available.

The whole group is lackadaisical. Even when you are speaking with an agent, another one will just interrupt to ask a question and never say excuse me or apologize

The dealer replied to my inquiry, however they were not willing to budge on the price. They wanted MSRP, nothing less. Not a very pleasant experience when a dealership is unwilling to work with customers on pricing. The vehicle was a Still Night Pearl 2020 Accord 2.0T Sport with manual transmission. I ended up purchasing a vehicle with the same color, engine, and transmission from a Florida dealership instead, at a price below MSRP.
