Avg. Dealer Rating: (12 reviews) "This has been the absolute worst customer service experience I've had in a very long time. Save your money for a dealership that actually cares about the safety and well-being of you and your family, not just about making a sale. I bought the car approximately two weeks ago and it has been at the dealership having repairs more during that period than it has been drivable. First, there was a maintenance light on as soon as I left the lot. I also noticed a chunk of leather missing from the side of the console. As I was calling to let the dealership know this, the low tire pressure light came on as I was entering the interstate. I tell the manager this and was instructed to "drive it in, we will be waiting". 30 seconds later, the tire flat alert come on. I call back to let him know and he asks if it's still drivable and to come on in if it is. We elect not to drive on a flat, as I do not want to damage the rim. We end up changing the tire in a sketchy part of town and going to the dealership, where we are told a new tire has been ordered and will be delivered on Monday and the car will be ready on Tuesday (this occurred on a Saturday). When Tuesday evening rolls around and I haven't heard from the dealership, I decide to call to get an update. I'm told by person on the phone that they are "not sure what the mixup was" but that the tire had just been ordered that same afternoon and would hopefully be there by Thursday. No calls Thursday. I after going most of Friday without hearing from the dealership, I call around 5pm and am told that the car was ready "about an hour ago". Once again, no communication from Acura. We go pick up the car that night and take it home. The very next evening, we are headed to dinner with friends from out of town. As we enter the interstate (completely different section of interstate from the previous event), the exact same sequence of events takes place. Low tire pressure. Flat tire. Same exact wheel. I immediately called the dealership and was transferred to a call center. I left a message, then proceeded to place the spare on the car I've only been able to drive for 2 out of the 12 days I've owned it. To my surprise, I never received a call back. I tried multiple times to reach any manager today (Monday) and was told repeatedly that "they're in meetings but I will let them know you called". Insert crickets here. When I finished at work, I drove to the dealership and was able to talk to Hayden, who was shocked to hear that the exact same thing had now happened twice to the same wheel (front driver's side). They pull the car around and take the flat out of the trunk and inspect it. There is again a clearly evident gash in the sidewall right at the rim. After waiting in the customer seating area, I'm eventually told that there is no road hazard warranty on the tire and that it was clear to them that something was hit (although no pot holes were hit and there is no damage to the rim or car). I asked for them to exchange the rim and was told "it's not the rim, I felt it" and was constantly reminded that "we are the professionals in this type of thing". So now, not only have I been called a liar, I am once again left with a flat tire and no concern or solution from Acura of Memphis that doesn't involve me paying to replace a tire on a car I just bought and have been only been able to drive twice. If I could undo this purchase, I would. I just want a car that I can drive with the same four rims that doesn't have a blowout every time I get it above 50 mph. I'm just thankful this crew isn't in the field of medicine."
