The odometer in the dealer's photo of the vehicle showed that the mileage was double what was claimed in the listing (the correct mileage was still not real high, but it was more than I was willing to accept). The dealer admitted that the listing was wrong. I think it was an honest mistake, as the CarFax report showed the claimed mileage had actually been the mileage when the previous owner bought the car. Also, unlike many dealers I have run across, when West Herr realized they made an error, they fixed the listing within a day (but did not adjust the price). Accordingly, I can't give them more than 3 stars because of their sloppiness, but I can't give them less than 3 stars as they fixed things right away. "
