When we get there the salesman was not even there. We were talking to the sales manager. While waiting on the salesman that we had an appointment with. While we were talking to the sales manager another salesman came and got the key for the one that we were there to test drive. So I asked the sales manager isn’t that the car that we are supposed to be test driving? He said “NO” ! Then our salesman finally came in 20 minutes late for our appointment. He was buying time because he knew that someone else was test driving the one that we had an appointment to test drive. So he finally told us that someone was driving the one that we were there to drive. He tried to get us to drive another vehicle to buy some time. So we waited over 90 minutes to see if they purchased the vehicle or not. While waiting the salesman said,“ This happens all the Time”. The other customer purchased the vehicle. So we left, and won’t be back!"
