Called first thing next morning to cancel entire deal, they still ran my credit and still wouldn't budge one cent on vehicle. Salesman completely stopped responding to me. Then received call from special financing dept that they could absolutely get me the deal I was asking but I had to come back out to one of the dealerships. Made an appointment and drove another hour and a half, when I arrived the man I had an appt with wasn't even there. Met with someone else who was completely unable to help me and told me nothing that could not have been told to me over the phone. There was terrible communication between stores and departments and each was blaming the other for why I was misinformed. I would absolutely not recommend them nor choose to ever deal with West Herr again. They were a complete waste of time, gas, and patience. And given nothing but excuses and the blame game."
