They showed us a 2015 Chrysler town and country touring 88,5k miles for $13,991. They still had to have it go through their inspection process. In meantime they said we can fill out the paperwork and "lock it down" the total price ended up being $16,1k the salesmen said to us its the out the door price and the payoff from our trade is included too. After warranty add on the monthly payment went from 250 to 278 a month and this is with us placing money down. Couple days later when we do test drive the finance guy bobby and the manager arnold tell my family and I that the payoff of our trade in loan isn't 'magically' apart of the deal anymore. The new price is over $19k, payments over $300 a month. What a joke this dealership is, stay away from these clowns... reminds me of the auto commercial where they say "This isn't what we talked about" same thing here too. We'll be returning to get our down payment back, look elsewhere. Complete waste of time and energy they should be ashamed of themselves for not agreeing to our original terms!!! STAY AWAY!!!"

As a topper, they warrantied it for two months or three thousand miles bumper to bumper and the drivetrain for as long as we own the car. I couldn’t have asked for more from a dealership! The sales person, Scott, was very helpful."
