He stayed late on a Saturday so we could see/drive the car since we were driving in from out of town. I did not take the car home that day; they were technially already closed and everyone else had already gone home. I already had financing from USAA, but on Monday, he even worked on getting me alternate financing with much better terms! Needless to say, I drove home in a beautiful car for a good price & having been treated not just fairly, but well. They even had a huge red bow on it when we drove in to pick it up :) I'm one of those people who HATES the whole car shopping experiencing. Seeing and driving new cars is fun, but all the haggling & the worrying about whether you're getting screwed is just YUCK! None of that here. He is open, honest & incredibly easy to deal with. Tells you exactly what he can & can't do without all the BS. He made the entire process as painless as possible. Thank you, Mr. Garrett! UPDATE: They also take care of you after the sale! Upon driving off, we noticed a starburst crack in the windshield that appeared to be from a rock. Not huge, but there nonetheless. My husband would not let me go back because he needed to get back home for 7 on 7 games that evening & was already running late. I wasn't happy. However, Mr. Garrett called me when I got home just to check on me & say thank you. I told him about the windshield. The next day, I was contacted by Safelite to schedule my appointment to have them drive out to me to have it repaired. One happy lady here :) I will gladly, & without reservation, refer all in search of a vehicle to him."
