1 of only 3 dealers to respond to me, but the only 1 that responded immediately, and answered all my questions.

He was honest and open about financing this vehicle as well as suggesting how to ship it to me if purchased. I was pre approved through Capitol One to purchase a vehicle, and i did not know that as a rule the vehicle must be 10 years or less old to be financed by them. he advised me to check and make sure, and he was correct. My sights shifted towards a vehicle model not older than 2011 to be approved for financing.

Friendly and helpful staff. I was very impressed with them in the moment. However the vehicle was not in a good condition. I take a few stars off because I feel someone at the dealership should’ve had the attention to detail to see and disclose the obvious cosmetic issues.

Dealer never responded, I called them and the man who answered was very rude and dismissive! He said the car had been sold and when I asked if he financed and had anything else I could look at, he said no and he said that he didn't finance, despite what it says on his sign in front of his business! I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone!

The worst customer service. John didn’t understand why we were shopping from another state. He asked why we didn’t find a good deal in our state — does he not understand how CarGurus works for people searching for best price? We determined he wasn’t interested in selling a vehicle to us.

Awful customer experience. They started off by giving me turn by turn instructions to their dealership when I asked for more information about the car. Then multiple people texted me, and many emails received from them seem like scam. I don’t know what they do over there but they are not organized and give out a major sketchy vibe.

I had read some poor reviews of the dealer online, but found the salesman who worked with me to be friendly and personable. They urged me to test drive, were flexible about payments, and readily agreed to change an old and corroded battery. The listed mileage was 124,591 but by the time I got to the car, it had nearly ten thousand more miles.

Sales video and remote delivery experience worked well. However, sales misrepresented car and management was aggressively bad in responding to attempts to resolve their mistakes on paperwork. When confronted with their paperwork mistakes (a half point error on rate), they became derogatory and borderline abusive in conversations rather than working actively to resolve the issue. The car itself had hail damage that was not highlighted/covered (you might say "hidden") in the video provided.

I had the great pleasure of working with Mo. I miss out on an Audi that I was originally looking to purchase. Mo was able to find me and my family something similar. The customer service he gave was amazing. He was able to meet with me during my hectic work and family schedule. This was the first SUV I purchased in a while and he made the process effortless. I would highly recommend Chicago Motors Direct team especially Mo. He’s great and customer service skills are 5/5 stars.

Wow their service is SO PERSONAL. Go to a dealer who has 100+ cars and see the way they treat you. all the other dealers i went to treated me like cattle and pressured me into a sale. Bought my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from them. The car needed its muffler replaced a month in. However the CD player works great, 2,000 miles in and it plays all my Red Hot Chili Peppers CD's perfectly.
