If i could given them more stars in their rating i would. I understood from the beginning that the price of their vehicles was fixed. I walked in and asked to see a certain car only to find out that it had a sale pending. But our salesperson showed us an almost identical alternative. We took it for a test drive and decided it was close enought to what we wanted that we would buy it. When we got to discussing the value of my trade in, their first offer was unacceptably low. But when I told them what I needed to be able to make a deal, they adjusted their offer and the deal was struck. Now for the best news. We had to go get money for our down payment. When we returned tow days later, we found that the deal on the original car we wanted had fallen through. When we told them we would really like to see that car, TDA gladly let us take it for a test drive. After the test drive, we told them we wanted that original car and there was no problem making the last minute switch. Our saleman Daminen, our finance person Tommy and even their sales manager were a pleasure to work with. I will never fear buuying a car again...because we will go to Texas Direct Auto to buy. "
