He let me take the car for a generous test drive and then to a 3rd party mechanic a few days later. After the mechanic took a look at the car Gene replaced the tires, brakes, and rotors. He didn't seem interested in haggling, the price listed was the price I paid for the Jeep. Considering it was an "excellent deal" according to Car Gurus and based on my own shopping around I feel as if the price was fair. You can haggle down a big dealer, but their prices are inflated anyways to allow for the annoying ordeal. A couple weeks later I was having difficulty putting the soft top back on and Gene was open to me coming back to the shop for instructions. About a month after purchase he did a minor repair on the vehicle free of charge. His communication is excellent. He really goes above and beyond. Highly recommended. "

While the salesman step in to the office to use the restroom and grab the dealers plate for the test drive, the sales manager took the keys from me , and took his customer out for the very test drive that the car was prepped for me. SOLD the car literally while I was standing there dumb founded. I was told in the beginning that based on what information about my finances, credit and such that I had a high probability that I would be driving home that car, however once the sale manager returned with his customer the whole demeanor changed towards my availability to finance . BECAUSE THEY TOOK THE KEY FROM MY HAND AND SOLD THE CAR WHILE MY SALESMAN WAS IN THE RESTROOM> Blamed the whole incident on my finances and credit.. just to be clear....my credit is considered in fair condition, NOT POOR.....I blame the sales MGMT."

Being Denver the risk of getting a cracked windshield is high. The dealership offered an insurance program but when we told them who the car was going to insured with the Sales person checked with his manager and said it would be covered under the policy and therefore no need to take the additional insurance the dealership was offering.
